My parents lost their beloved dog during Covid. He was with the family for more than 11 years, and it took the entire family months to recover emotionally. It wasn't until a friend recommended furcle, I decided to give it a try and made it as a present for my parents. The portrait brought them into tears. Loved the portrait! High quality and it looks amazing. And the customer service was great, there was a little mistake with the first version but as soon as I contacted support they fixed it and send a corrected version super fast.

I got the 12*16 poster. really love it!!! one thing I want to bring up is Furcle really has best customer service I ever had. the poster packed very well, and has great qualitt, just like copy and paste my kitten. so vivid. I will definitely get another pic for my younger cat as well.

After receiving the incorrect print first (due to an error with the image) the customer service I received was fantastic! They sent me a new one free of charge with the correct image. It was shipped in a nice cardboard envelope, the picture itself was in a plastic sleeve with another piece of cardboard to protect it. It had no creases or or any blemishes. Excellent job!
