We can create a portrait for any animal you'd like. However, at this moment we do not create portraits of hoomans.

In order to ensure an efficient production and shipping process, we do not order artwork previews. However, rest assured that if your photo doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll let you know ASAP to avoid possible delays of the order. We also perform quality checks on the digital artwork as a whole team before sending it to production. Be sure to review our Image Guides here and if you need a second opinion on your photo selection, we are always here to help.

Yes! Please write "NO NAME" in the text box. Please note, our furriend's proportion in the portrait remains the same with or without the name.

We will accommodate any changes that are made within 12 hours after the order is placed. After 12 hours, it is at our discretion on whether the change is accepted. Please note, all changes to orders may affect the production and delivery timeline.

Furcle started with an idea of creating portraits for pets' social media profiles. We inherited and expanded this idea to provide a more affordable option for our pet influencers. "Furcle for Social Media" includes a digital portrait that can not only be used as profile photo but also to create an 8'' x 8'' print. If you love this portrait, you can also upgrade later to a real size portrait through our upgrade options.

We offer three sizes:

- 8 x 10 in (20.32 x 25.4 cm)

- 12 x 16 in (30.48 x 40.64 cm)

- 18 x 24 in (45.72 x 60.96 cm)

Frame moulding is 0.75'' or 2 cm.

(1) Good lighting: outdoor daylight is ideal.
(2) Close up and eye level: clear facial and fur texture is essential to create a fine-detailed portrait.
(3) position: the face and torso ideally should be facing forward. If you are looking for a side face profile, the torso should still face the camera.

Yes, all orders are tracked. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.

Yes! We have a 'skip the queue artwork creation' option that will fast-track your order to the front of the queue. This expedites the creation time and is a pawsome option to those who can't wait to see their masterpiece!

We want you to love your portraits. If you are not 100% happy with your portrait, please contact us (support@furcle.io) as soon as possible and we will work with you to make things right.

Each portrait is created from scratch with care and attention based on our furriend and the photo provided. Due to the custom nature of the products, we are unable to offer returns.

We are committed to our customers, and if you are unsatisfied with your final product, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (support@furcle.io) within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We accept all cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, it is at our discretion to accept such request and if accepted, there will be a 20% cancellation fee since the artist assigned will have already started working on your artwork by this point.

We package each portrait carefully before sending out to our courier but in rare cases, the portrait get damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will get you a replacement ASAP. Please provide photos of the damage in your email so we may assist you faster.
