We estimate most orders to arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase depending on the location. During busier sales seasons, please expect a week delay in most orders.
Since each order is painted from scratch, it generally takes 1-2 weeks to ship out. This includes quality checks on the digital artwork as well as the physical print to ensure what you receive is of the most premium quality.
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

• We occasionally offer 'skip the queue artwork creation'. This shipping options speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will of course lengthen the production time.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
